• Dreams aren't from the ego, but from the depths of the unconscious. They offer insight and self-understanding from a perspective that is different from our waking personalities.

Often our conscious minds are resistant to this different perspective, and so it can be helpful to have another person to discuss a dream with.

Ultimately, dreamwork allows us to soften and surrender to the quiet whispers of the Soul and reclaim our more intuitive ways of knowing.

  • Our understanding dreams unfold in many ways. Embodied dreamwork is guided by the intuition of both dreamer and dreamworker to engage the intellect, imagination and body with practices from Gestalt, Jungian and somatic modalities.

    • Intellect – interpretation of dream symbols, metaphors and archetypes through personal associations and mythology.

    • Imagination – creative exploration of a dream using dream re-entry, roleplay and art.

    • Body – embodiment of a dream image through felt sense, intuitive movement, and dance.
